1) This form is ONLY available if you have currently an automatic order with us and wish to update your food & order preferences.
2) This form is currently available ONLY for daily deliveries (Lunchboxes)
3) Your changes MUST be sent before Saturday night 8pm. Any delay may result the changes will be taken in count for the week after.
4) Please be aware that your changes, with this form, will become your ONLY food preferences. What you have requested in your original order will be cancelled, and only the new food preferences will be taken in count, as long as the changes do not go against the conditions of the product (Available on the product page)
